At Superior Shine Car Detailing, we want your car care experience to be smooth and stress-free. Please review these simple guidelines to help us deliver the premium service you deserve:

  1. Please Be Ready for Your Appointment
    Please be available at the scheduled time so our detailer can start promptly.

  2. Vehicle Accessibility
    Ensure your car is parked in a safe, easily accessible (preferably shaded) area where our team can work without interruption.

  3. Payment
    Payment is due immediately after the service. We accept credit/debit cards, online payments (apple pay) and cash.

  4. Weather Considerations
    In case of heavy rain or sandstorms, we may need to reschedule to guarantee the best results for your vehicle.

  5. Service Cancellations
    Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee of 99 AED.

  6. Liability
    While we treat your car with the utmost care, Superior Shine Car Detailing isn’t responsible for pre-existing damages.

  7. Engine Bay Cleaning
    Our service follows industry-standard best practices. Modern engine bays have been waterproof for over 15 years, and issues are rare—problems typically only arise if the engine bay is poorly maintained. Please note that Superior Shine Car Detailing is not liable for any damage due to pre-existing conditions. (Contract signature required)

  8. Extra Conditions
    For vehicles with extreme dirt or heavy stains that require extra time, additional charges may apply at 150 AED per hour—only with your prior approval.
